Since moving his family to Crestview in 1992, Dr. Bankert has been providing the highest quality obstetrical and gynecologic care to the women of Okaloosa and Walton counties and surrounding areas. Dr Bankert specializes in providing care to women of all ages and understands the need for consistent care and believes in treating each patient like family. Our compassionate, professional staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of care possible and providing effective care that is responsive to the needs of the community. Dr. Bankert is currently on staff at North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, FL. where he exclusively delivers all of his obstetrical patients as well as performing gynecological procedures, he is also on staff at  Sacred Heart Hospital of the Emerald Coast in Destin, FL for gynecological procedures only at this time, he does not currently deliver babies  at this facility.




    

• We offer services at both North Okaloosa Medical Center and Sacred Heart of the Emerald Coast to respond to the needs of our patients regardless of their location.
• Appointment are generally available within a week for non-urgent care.  Emergent care is addressed as promptly as possible.
• We accept most major insurance plans, please contact our office if you have questions regarding financial arrangements.
• Our office hours are 8:00 - 4:00 daily.  On call coverage 24 hours/ day 365 days a year for your Ob/Gyn needs.
• All medical records are kept strictly confidential and we abide by all Federal HIPAA laws.
