New Patients: We ask that all new patients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This enables you to complete a detailed medical history while our staff processes your insurance information and prepares your medical record.
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we ask that you give 24 hours notice but if that's not possible we ask that you please call us as soon as possible to let us know. We appreciate your courtesy in doing so!
